Property description
The quiet community of Vista-del-Lago is the wonderful setting of our Home, set overlooking West Lake with spectacular views of the sunset.
The community is only entered via the
Security gate which is manned 24 hrs.
Our Home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Master Bedroom which is en-suite has a double bed &walk in wardrobes.
The en-suite has double vanity units, Jacuzzi bath, and walk in sit down shower &W.C.
The second Bedroom has a Double bed and the third Bedroom has 2 single beds this room is set to a Disney theme. All bedrooms have remote controlled colour cable TV's.
Adjacent to the second and third Bedrooms is the guest bathroom Our screened porch is 67 foot long this overlooks West Lake with spectacular views of the sunset.
There is also a utility room with washing machine and drier.
All linen and towels are supplied for a care free holiday. The villa is equipped with air
Conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort.
Added in October 2003 is sundeck area which is adjacent to our porch, with views of the lake and the wildlife it is an ideal place to totally relax with a chilled drink or to top up on your tan. !
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee perculator.
The living Rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard with several sofa chairs and Cable T.V. The dinning area has a large dinning table with 6 comfortable chairs.
