Property description
Fish Creek Farmview Cottages are set on a working 500-acre beef farm overlooking spectacular water views and undulating pastures.
The two brand new self-contained cottages are a spacious 9 squares in size and each can sleep up to 6 people. Each feature 2 bedrooms (the first with a Queen bed and the second with two single beds, plus an extra two slide out single beds) a large family / dining room (with gas heating, TV, DVD/CD player and AM/FM radio), with full kitchen facilities (including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all cookware & crockery), bathroom (including washing machine) and separate toilet. Each cottage has a 4-burner BBQ and outdoor setting located on a large outdoor deck. The property also includes a heated indoor swimming pool.
The cottages cater for both families and/or couples, and include all bedding, linen and towels. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Horses are welcome for Rail trail users and a Boarding Kennel is available at Fish Creek.

Rates details: Our "Opening Special" rates (for each Cottage) are as follows:
Nightly rates:
$125 for 2 People
$35 per extra Person
$15 per Child (under 12)
Weekly rates (7 nights):
$750 for 2 People
$210 per extra Person
$90 per Child (under 12)
Minimum stays:
5 nights over Christmas
4 nights over Easter
2 nights over Long Weekends
Deposit:
50% on booking. Balance upon arrival.
Payment:
Cash, Bank card, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. Cancellations within two weeks prior will only receive a refund if there is a replacement booking. No arrival, no refund.
Check-in is after 2pm and Check-out is 10am.

Located adjacent to the Great Southern Rail Trail, 12½Km from Meeniyan and 4Km to Fish Creek. The Cottages are 15min drive to local beaches and 20min drive to Wilson's Promontory National Park.
