Property description
We are renting a sunny flat which sleeps up to four adults - there is no charge for children under 16. The flat is in a safe neighborhood of Barcelona and only 100 metres from the beach you can see here.
The open-plan flat consists of a bedroom and living-room area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There are two large sunny balconies, which look onto two different streets, where you can sit, sip a glass of wine and watch the world go by.
The living room area has a comfortable sofa, a table and four chairs. There is a colour tv, cd player/radio/cassette.
The bedroom area has a raised double bed and a sofabed and can sleep four adults. A travel cot is available on request.
The kitchen has a large cooker, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is also a sink, toaster and kettle. Complementary tea, coffee, milk and sugar are supplied.
The bathroom has a full-sized bath and a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.

It is within easy walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions: Picasso Museum (10 mins), Ramblas (10-15 mins), Gothic Area (5 mins), Cable Car (5 mins), Ciutadella Park/Zoo (10 mins), Aquarium (7 mins). Public transport in the area is very good- the nearest metro stop is five minutes walk away and there are several bus routes 50 metres from the flat which take you to most areas of the city. If you want to take a guided tour of Barcelona, the tourist bus stops close to the flat (5 mins walk - highly recommended). There are lots of great restaurants and bars in the area, and the Marimagnum and Borne are only five minutes away if you want to do some serious partying.
