To feel completely relaxed is a memorable experience. An experience that previous guests staying at our house have appreciated, because you really have to stay here for yourself in order to appreciate it. Many of our guest have come back. Our best advertising is the word-of-mouth by previous' guests.
Walking into the Beach House, the deck beckons with its fantastic view of 120m high cliffs of Cape Bridgewater to Cape Nelson on the opposite side of the Bay.
Just relax in the lounge with a glass of wine while watching the kids play on the large pristine white beach of Bridgewater Bay.
If you choose to cook in for yourselves the fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home or you go to the Bridgewater Bay Beach Cafe across the road.
And should the evening or morning arrive with a chill, a crackling fire in the wood fired heater will keep the house cosy.
The house is equipped with all the things to make you feel relaxed at the Abalone Beach House and to enjoy the great surroundings including little things you would normally not expect in a holiday house.

The main bedroom is a special treat with its queen-size bed. Here you can luxuriate in soft cotton sheets and listen to the ocean and the birds whispering outside.
The second bedroom also has direct access to the deck overlooking the beach and Cape Bridgewater.
A third bedroom is on the main floor and the fourth bedroom is located on the intermediate floor with it's own shower and toilet. There is also the laundry with washer and dryer.
The large gaming room on the ground level is home to table tennis, boards etc.

Locality
You can walk to Cape Bridgewater directly from the beach in front of the house. A well maintained walking path leads you along the Bridgewater Headland. With 120m sheer cliff face this is the highest clifftop on the Victorian Coastline. It is an easy walk to the viewing platform to view the resident seal colony and whales that frequent the shores. If you are not into walking take a boat trip to view the seal colony at water level. "Seals-by-sea" is a 45min tour that takes you alongside rock platforms and into the mouth of a cave where you can get close up views of the hundreds of seals entertaining visitors.
