Property description
Unit 1 at ElmTree Apartments is a fully furnished, self contained unit with split system heating and cooling comfortably accommodating up to three people. There are two bedrooms (both with built in robes) one with a double bed and the other with a single bed.
Situated in leafy Searle Street, the apartment has off street undercover parking and is close to all town facilities. It’s just a short stroll to the Horsham CBD, theatres, restaurants, shops, clubs and pubs. Nearby is a milk bar with movie hire, newspapers, take-away food, groceries etc.
The fully equipped kitchen includes such necessities as crockery and cutlery, electric stove, refrigerator and a microwave oven. The cosy lounge has a wide screen TV, VCR/DVD, CD player, AM/FM radio and is most comfortably furnished. Laundry facilities include a top loading washing machine, iron and ironing board and there is an outdoor clothes line.
All linen, blankets, pillows and towels are supplied and a “starter pack†of soaps, detergent, toilet paper etc. is included. To add to the comfort and convenience, fresh bacon, eggs and a loaf of bread can be found in the refrigerator for the first breakfast.
The unit is perfect for the professional or holiday maker, whether on a short visit or an extended stay in Horsham. A minimum of three nights applies with discounted rates for stays of five consecutive nights or more.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.

The intriguing Big and Little deserts and the rock climbing mecca Mt. Arapiles, are also within easy reach of Stronsay B&B. Escorted tours and adventure activities can be arranged with local operators and the Horsham Golf Club, rated one of the best in country Victoria, is not far away.
