The complex is only 5 minutes drive from the normal convenience shops, restaurants, banks, a post office etc. It is approximately 25 minutes drive from the waterfront and the centre of Cape Town and is also close to the freeways making access to the Wine Routes, the West Coast and other scenic attractions easy. There is a Health and Racquet Club at Table view.( 10 minutes away) and the Atlantic Golf Estate and Milnerton Golf Club are only 8 to 10 km away.
Relax by stepping out from the apartment complex and walking for miles along promende or the unspoiled beach between Blouberg and Melkbosstrand with the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop.
