The house is sited in a peaceful countryside and it has a beautiful garden with typical English lawn, many different big trees and flowering plants and in the back of the garden you can find orange trees and olive trees. We are in San Pietro Vernotico, an ancient Neolithic town sited in the North Salento (Puglia, South-East Italy). The town is 18 km far from Brindisi “Casale” Airport and 130 km far from Bari “Palese” Airport. San Pietro is also reachable by train. By car, arriving from the Motorway A14 (Bologna-Lecce-Taranto), you can get the Motorway SS-379 to Brindisi. Driving on SS-613 after Brindisi to Lecce, you can find the junction to San Pietro Vernotico at 12th km.

In 5 minutes you can get the Adriatic Sea coast and you could easily reach Otranto, Santa Cesarea, Castro by the beautiful coastal road.
Moreover, the Ionian Sea with the wonderful beach of Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli, is very close. Furthermore, at also 80 km far from here there is Santa Maria di Leuca, the most Eastern town of Italy.
