Two tropical hardwood villas - Soursop House with three bedrooms and Passionflower Cottage with one bedroom - are available separately or together from 2-10 guests.
Located on Luck Hill, in the centre of Tortola at 700 feet elevation the villas overlook Brewers Bay, a white sand beach, 3 minutes drive away. The location offers exceptional peace and privacy, magnificent, panoramic views of the surrounding islands and pleasant breezes all year round.
The property is totally secluded, gated and fenced with a paved driveway and ample parking. Natural stone walls, giant boulders and a lilly-pond decorate lush gardens with a large, infinite-edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Several hundred square feet of open and covered decks surround both houses, offering a choice of shaded or sunny areas all through the day. A more tranquil, peaceful and totally private spot is hard to find in the Caribbean these days, even though you are only a 12 minute drive away from busy Road Town or 30 minutes from the airport.
You can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, bird watching, excellent swimming, snorkelling, sailing and day trips to other islands.
Whispering Soursops has 2 king, 2 queen and one double bed in four bedrooms, four bathrooms.
The house and cottage have their own fully equipped kitchens with barbeque, choices of dining areas and large living space.
For entertainment there is a library of books, games, DVD, VCR, surround sound system. Two phones. Fast internet access is available.
