The Lodge is located within 30 km of six Provincial Parks. From the spacious gardens with swimming pool and sauna, follow the trail past the fire pit to a forest with towering spruce trees and a stream with spawning salmon in the winter. Your hosts specialize in helping our guests experience the natural wonders of our area.
Surrounded by mountains, and nestled up against the forest, Coneybeare Lodge provides a magnificent setting from which to enjoy the incredible nature of our area. Coneybeare Lodge is a fully renovated home by the owner/designer to suit the needs of B&B clients. The home is elegant, spacious with an unobstructed western view on the Tantalus Mountain Range. The home is furnished and decorated with arts and crafts collected from all over world. Coneybeare Lodge has been selected by many newlyweds for their honeymoon as well as couples renewing their love during an anniversary.
Our guests particularly enjoy the very private, fully appointed and luxurious bedrooms they can luxuriate in. The home is designed so that the guests can access their room without mingling… The room enjoy peace and quiet with a cement floor in between the rooms. Each bedroom has its own fireplace, a private TV & VCR & stereo, a double soaker bathtub, a balcony offering spectacular mountain and wilderness views. A gourmet 3 courses breakfast is served in the spacious and warm dining room giving full view to the garden, an outside deck and the breathtaking mountain view. It is easy to enjoy the tranquil, private garden or have a swim in the pool or luxuriate in the pool side sauna. From the expansive garden, one can follow the trail past the rustic fire pit to an old growth sitka spruce forest with a small meandering stream replete with spawning salmon in the winter.
