Rates for a mid-size West Chop Suite with 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths range from $285-$360 a night (with a 1-2 night minimum) during the off-season (from April 15-June 9, 2005 and October 2-November 27, 2005).
In-season rates range from $4,200 a week (from July 21-August 10, 2005) to $4,725 a week (from August 11-September 4, 2005). 3 and 4-night stays also available during in-season.
Other size accommodations ranging from a studio to a 4-bedroom Penthouse suite with 4.5 baths are also available at different rates.
Rates do not include an additional 5% Massachusetts tax and a 4.7% local rooms tax. |

Property is a short walk from South Beach (250 yards away)and just 3 miles from Edgartown Center. Many fine shops, restaurants, cultural activities, and sightseeing tours are available in Edgartown - as well as elsewhere on the Island. The Winnetu is adjacent to the many bicycle and jogging paths that transverse the Island. Frequent shuttle service is available to Edgartown and points beyond. We also offer a direct passenger ferry link from the Cape Cod mainland - directly to our Resort. There are also golf courses nearby, as well as opportunities for sailing and fishing, and other water-related sports. There are also many guided trips available on the Island, including our Cape Pogue Lighthouse tour. |
