Property description
A property near the banks of the river Adige, in the luxuriant, peaceful countryside of the Valli Grandi Veronesi, equidistant from the towns of Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Rovigo, Ferrara and Mantua. Built in 1733 as a rice peeling mill, the old La Pila House has now been divided into 3 separate apartments, all fully furnished, available to rent for short and medium term stays.
This is the perfect place for anyone who loves the country and wants to visit beautiful towns offering a wealth of history and art, but they are also suitable for people working temporarily in the area, or anyone who wants to be in a beautiful, peaceful place for a while.
The apartments Magnolia (2 pax) and Pioppo (2/3 pax) are located at the ground floor whereas the apartment Salice (5/6 pax) is at the first floor.
The first two apartments are roughly 50 square metres wide and each one is consisting of a lounge with kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The third apartment is slightly more than 100 square metres wide and is consisting of a double lounge with kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Each apartment has an independent boiler for heating and hot water and an air-conditioning machine.
The apartments Magnolia and Salice have both a private terrace of roughly 25 square metres. The terraces are facing a wide area for parking cars.
The apartments Magnolia and Pioppo have an inside connection door, in case of rentals from a single group/family of 4/5 people.
