Property description
Villa Caroubier is situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Nice.
Facing the sea, this luxury Villa is located in the hillside (10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport).
Villa Caroubier is perfectly located: 20 minutes away Monaco (Monte-Carlo), Villefranche, St.Jean Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Biot, Cannes, Grasse, beautiful village like Eze, St.Paul de Vence, Cagnes sur Mer....It is only 25 minutes by car to Italy, and one hour to famous St.Tropez.
Inside the house, there is a large living room with fire place, TV corner with latest 100 cm flat screen, dining room for 8 guests, office with modern equipment (computer, internet with ADSL, fax, telephone, scanner...), big professional equipped kitchen with table.
In the main house, there are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and WC (master bedroom with walk-in closet), all with TV-satellite, Hi-fi, and telephone.
The entire villa features air conditioning. The independent guest house has its own terrace, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, WC . There is a marble sauna (Turkish bath) for six people in the house and an well-equipped sportroom for work out. At the top of the garden, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi for eight people, which is surrounded by olive, lemon, orange trees, and has a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
One professional use cinema room, which has the latest projector, 240cm big screen, 5.2 sounds surround system, and DTS. There are hundreds of DVDs for your entertainment - enjoy movies just like in the movie theatre.
In the middle of the ground, there is a heated swimming pool, which is surrounded by palm trees and flowers. By the pool, there is a large summer kitchen, which has all the mod cons and BBQ.
The pool house is equipped with a shower and toilet, and a patio with summer sofa, bar, TV, and hifi. Large dining table for ten people, where you can enjoy a summer dinner.
There is also a ping-pong table in the back garden.
The villa is serviced by a house keeper, who provides a five star service for your convenience. She cleans the house every day, and takes care of the swimming pool. Breakfast or dinner is available upon request. There is also a gardener who maintains the garden
