Piacere is a rustic holiday villa which sleeps 6 - 10 people, consisting of 3 bedrooms (1 queen, ensuite with Jacuzzi, 1 double, 1 twin) The TV room (with Sky and DSTV) has 2 double futons which convert to a 4th bedroom at night opens onto a pool and entertainment area.
Circular dinning room and luxurious lounge with views over the beach and mountains.
A cocktail bar on the top floor with outdoor patio from where one has spectacular views of Hout Bay beach, the famous Chapman's Peak Drive, mountain, harbour and marina.
Piacere has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and double eye level oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is an outside mobile BBQ, double garage, fully secure with alarm and safe.

Twenty minutes drive from V&A Waterfront and the city bowl with lots of entertainment including a vibrant night life, local sight seeing with trips to Robin Island and more. Cape Town International airport is only 30 minutes drive from door to door. The house is situated on the Cape peninsula making exploring easy to places such as Cape Point, about one hours' drive away. Further a field is the world renowned garden route and friendly deserted West Coast which is easily accessible.
