This comfortable self cateringholiday home is situated in breathtaking Simons Town, nestled in a beautiful valley alongside a winter mountain stream just minutes from safe bathing beaches, great diving spots & golf courses. See the sea as you lie in bed or while relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi. Spectacular view from rooms with large sheltered decks on both floors which are accessible from all three bedrooms, lounge and dining room. For guests doing a bit of work while on holiday or here on business, we have installed an ADSL line for you convenience. Just bring your own laptop.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite with a sea view from the bath and shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. All three bedrooms have sliding doors leading onto the deck. Downstairs is a large sociable kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge and dining room, both with spectacular seaviews, both have sliding doors out onto the deck and the jacuzzi and outside shower (hot& cold)are situated just off the lounge. There are also beautiful sea views from this jacuzzi patio area.
There is a tandum automated garage on the botthom floor with plenty of off street parking.
