Although it is six miles by road from the nearest town, the cottage is only 20 minutes from the M5 motorway, about the same time from the wild beauty of Exmoor and not much further from Exeter. For those wanting peace and quiet it is perfect but there are activities only a few minutes away, ranging from horse drawn canal trips to riding, golf, historic houses and gardens and much more
