Property description
Irish owned and operated Bed and Breakfast in the wonderful Austrian town of Zell-am-See, one hour from Salzburg. Located beside the "Piste" where you can Ski to and from the house in winter. Summer - ideal base for hillwalking, watersports and a host of outdoor pursuits. Some of our rooms have large balconies with panoramic views of the lake and mountains, all our rooms have shower, toilet, cable TV, hairdryer, sheets and towels provided. We also have a small residents bar. An Irish/Austrian welcome awaits you when you arrive in our wonderful home. We will help you with maps, brochures and information to help you enjoy your visit to this area. If you are arriving by train/bus we will collect you from the station. If you want to rent ski equipment we have an arrangement with one of the local ski hire shops for our guests to get a 20% reduction.

Winter - Zell-am-See caters for skiers and snowboarders of all grades. We are 20 Minutes from the Kitzsteinhorn (glacier) where it is possible to ski all year. Good variety of restaurants/pubs/clubs with plenty of "Apres Ski".
Summer - Hill-walking, Nordic walking, climbing, sailing, water ski-ing, boat trips on the lake, cycling, mountain-biking, river rafting, fishing, hand gliding, paragliding, golf and summer ski-ing. Throughout the season there are lots of open-air music concerts. Why not take a trip to Salzburg, visit Mozart's birthplace, go on "Sound of Music Tour" or do some shopping. Day trip to Hohe Tauern National Park/Grossglockner, Austria's highest mountain.
