Bradclin House, 3* Graded & AA Highly Recommended, is situated in Pinelands, a leafy suburb of Cape Town and offers our guests 2 private suites, one with its own exclusive garden area.
Bradclin House is suitable for Honeymoon, Leisure or Business travellers and promises to be your "Home Suite Home" for the duration of your stay.
Cape Town is a stunning city and we are well situated for you to enjoy all it has to offer in the way of sight seeing, shopping or gourmet food delights.
Bradclin House guests have secure parking inside the grounds, each suite has it's own entrance.
The “Feathers” suite consists of a bedroom with double bed, desk, telephone, well equipped kitchen with two-plate mini stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, kettle, and toaster and all cutlery & crockery. The comfortable lounge has a double sleeper couch,dining table for 4, DSTV, a variety of board games, magazines and a selection of both fiction and non-fiction books. The bathroom has a bath and shower plus a separate toilet. The lounge, bedroom, and kitchen have wall heaters. Doors from both bedroom and lounge open to the private garden area, which has an outdoor Jacuzzi. All linen and towels are provided.
The “Captain's Cabin” suite is twin or King bedded with a sunroom equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery & cutlery, TV and reading material. A large private bathroom (with sep Shower) has a corner bath which encourages you to relax from the stresses and strains of modern life! A large shower adjoins the bathroom.
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are provided. Self-serve breakfast of fruit, fruit juice, cereal, muesli, muffins, or croissants, butter, preserves, and milk is an optional extra.
Laundry facilities, Internet access, international plugs, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, electronic safe are available. Airport transfers can be arranged for a nominal fee.
Owners, Judelle & James are able to advise on day excursions. Our in-house brochure is full of useful information on Cape Town attractions, excursions, restaurants etc.

Directions:
From Cape Town International airport, take the N2 towards “City” Turn off at the Jan Smuts exit, stay in the right hand lane and take the Pinelands turn-off. Continue along Jan Smuts until the first traffic lights where you turn left into Forest Drive, Pinelands. Turn left at the next traffic lights, immediately right into the Forest Drive service road, which runs parallel to Forest drive. Drive down one block, turn left into Margaret Place. Bradclin House is a double-storey, the second house on the left marked 20 on timber driveway gates.
