Relax and enjoy the sound of the sea and panoramic sea views from our absolute beachfront home in the seaside village of Paekakariki. The spacious, apartment-like accomodation is upstairs. There is a queen room, a twin room (2 single beds),a guest lounge, a private bathroom with a shower and a spa bath,and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms and the guest lounge have sea views from Kapiti Island to the South Island. The guest loungs has tea and coffee making facitilies, a fridge, TV , video, and CD player.laundry and internet facilities available on site. We host one party of up to four people at a time.

Paekakariki is just 30 minutes drive north of Wellington City. Walk to the village shops, cafes and restaurants, or leave your car behind and catch the train to Wellington. Within fifteen minutes of five golf courses. Paekakariki Beach is a safe swimming beach, and we have rods available if you wish to do some beach fishing.
Kapiti Island day trips can be arranged with prior notice, subject to availability and the weather.Permits are required to visit the Kapiti Island. Places of interest are the Train Museum, Southwards Car Museum,The Lindale, Nga Manu Bird Sanctuary, The Waikanae Estuary guided tour, numerous art galleries and craft outlets. Other activities include horse treks, 4x4 quad bikes, clay bird shooting, scenic flights, bush and beach walks.
