This comfortable family house is set in a beautiful private complex of just 6 villas, enjoying fantastic views of the countryside and sea. It is 5 min walk to the best sandy beach in the Bodrum area, close to the small fishing village of Gündogan. It has a pretty dining terrace overlooking the shared pool and landscaped gardens. Downstairs there is a lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, large fridge, cooking utensils and crockery. The ground floor has a separate toilet with shower. Upstairs are three comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, each sleeping two people. The master bedroom has a balcony with excellent sea view. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower, washing machine and plenty of hot water. There is a large roof terrace with excellent sea view, ideal for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. This is a very quiet and picturesque area. It's 15 mins to Bodrum town centre and 35 mins to Bodrum airport.

Gundogan is a traditionally Turkish village where you can relax and unwind. In summer it is a centre for watersports enthusiasts, however you do not need to be the least bit energetic to enjoy the atmospshere!
Dine in one of the seafood restaurants built on jetties at the water's edge and watch the windsurfers in the bay, or the fishing boats returning with their catches.
Bodrum, 20 minutes by car and also accessible by dolmus is a shopper's paradise where you can haggle for gold, silver and leather goods.
At night Bodrum comes alive with international restaurants, cafes and bars. Visit Halikarnas, the largest open-air nightclub in Europe.
