Rates details: The Cottages are from $200. a day for up to 4 people and an additional $25. per day per
person over four people, with a two night minimum and our seven day weekly rate is from
$1300 for up to 4 people and an additional $25. per day per person over four people. We do
not have a cleaning charge.

Cancellation policy
One Night Deposit Required For Reservation. Which we add to your credit card. Your remaining charges will be added to your credit card 30 days before arrival. Two Night Minimum Friday thru Saturday.
Cancellations Must Be Made 30 Days Prior To Arrival For a Refund less processing fee. There are no refunds for Cancellations within the 30 days.
