„VILLA ELENA“ is an enchanting, new vacation villa located in a very quiet residential area of “Lido dei Pini“ at the mediterranean sea, 35 km south of Rome and 10 km north of Anzio and Nettuno. The very friendly home is new and comfortable furnished and has a cosy atmosphere.“Villa Elena” gives you the opportunity to spend a very restful, active and unforgetable vacation with your family or with your friends at the mediterranean sea combined with the culture , history and beauty of ROME and of the splendid region of Lazio.
“Villa Elena” is a two floor villa tastefully furnished. On the ground floor it has a confortable living room with sat-TV, a well equiped kitchen (refrigerator, oven,washing mashine,etc), a bathroom with shower, a large shaded patio with barbeque and the garden that offers privacy and enables you to relax and enjoy open air meals. On the the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds and a smaller room with 2 children beds) as well as a second bathroom with bath tub. The main bedroom has a huge south terrace with beautyful view over the green fields. „Villa Elena“ offers space for up to 6 people. The long sandy beach is approx. 1,5 km distant. During the summer holidays (July and August) there is a regulary free bus that brings you to the beach. Lido die Pini with its shops and restaurants is 2 km from the house.

The train station is 6 km from the Villa and it has a regular connection to the city of ROME. The happy geographical location of Lido dei Pini at the doorstep of ROME enables you to explore the Capital and the Vatican City with their immense cultural wealth and art masterpieces. Many other attractive points are within reach: Popes’ Palace at Castelli Romani, the fountains of Villa d’Este at Tivoli, the Island of Ponza with its splendid protected marine park, Naples and Pompei etc. The area with its pinion-forests and the coast landscape offers a high recreational value and sporting activities: golf (8 km.), tennis (4 km), horse riding, fisching, wind surf are available in Anzio and the surrouding.
