The property has approximately 170' of Lake Frontage with a beach, boat dock and one small lakeside cottage which can accommodate two adults with children. Two larger cottages are located upslope with easy lake access and can accommodate 4-6 people each. Off-Street Parking is provided. The property has a large yard with picnic facilities. All cottages are fully furnished and include cable tv. Cottages are available on a weekly, monthly or seasonal basis, year round.

The cottages are located on the eastern side of Seneca Lake affording the opportunity to witness some of the most beautiful sunsets in the area. Seneca Lake is approximately 2.5 miles wide at the location of this property. Lodi Point State Marine Park is located less than one mile to the south of the property creating a scenic backdrop to the lake views. To the north, just beyond the horizon, is Geneva, New York, the lights of which are visible on a clear evening. Local area attractions include Seneca Lake wine tours, Watkins Glen Race Course, Golfing, Skydiving, Fishing and general fun!!!!
