Property description
Our four bedroom house has a swimming pool, a beautiful high ceiling livingroom opening onto a covered wooden porch situated in a large garden overlooking agricultural fields. The house is fully airconditioned, with colour TV's in three bedrooms and the livingroom (satellite connected). The kitchen is fully equiped with all modern appliances including two refridgerators, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, filtered water, etc. Each bedroom contains a double or twin bed, and the livingroom couch turns into a double bed. The 9 x 3.5 meter swimming pool is located in the fenced inner courtyard, and is serviced weekly by a poolman (optional).
The house is cleaned twice a week by our maid (optional).Three bicycles will be available for the guests' use.

The house will be available for during the first three weeks of October, 2005 (Oct.1-22), corresponding with the Jewish New Year and Yom Kippur, and for parts of July and August, 2006. Our house is located in a beautiful pastoral agricultural village 10 km east of the Mediterraenean sea. A minimarket and fresh fruit and vegetable store, are 15 minutes walk/5 min. bicycle ride. The town of Tel Mond is 15 min. by bike/5 min. by car and has all neccesary facilities including pharmacy, bank, Post office, bakery's, supermarkets, and small restaurants. The village is 20 minutes by car from Raanana(South)and Natania(Northwest, 45 minutes from Tel Aviv and Haifa, and an hour from Jerusalem. The Gaash golf course is 20 min. drive. The Caesaria golf course is a 40 min. drive. The nearest train station is 15 minutes drive. October is a beautiful time of the year, the weather is pleasant, it seldom rains, and their are glorious sunset views from the porch.
