Property description
a beautiful, stone farmhouse 15th century dating back. the property is split into two private apartments and guests may rent the whole house(240mq;10 sleeps)or an apartment(140mq; 6 sleeps/100mq;4 sleeps). each apartment has its own private entrance and garden with an incredible view on spoleto valley. all the ceilings, windows, wooden shutters and doors have been replaced with traditional chestnut wood. several rooms have antique terracotta tile floors. the larger apartment is on two levels and has 2 queen bedrooms,one twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms(two shower,one tub); there is a spacious living room with a stone fireplace and sofas, there is also a large dining room for 10 guests and a full equipped kitchen with an original stone sink and a bread oven.the smaller is sunny with a spacious garden;there is a full equipped kitchen, a living/dining room for 4 guests and two bedrooms(a queen bedroom,a twin bedroom ):there is also a bathroom with shower and tube.the last part of the road leading the house is unpaved;20 steps lead down to the front entrance of the larger,while 30 steps lead down to the entrance of the smaller.parking is just above the house.
