Operating as folks did in the Old West, we've deliberately slowed the pace of life at the Lazy Bee in order to give guests less stress and a sense of tranquility.
The Lazy Bee is a rustic lodge nestled at the base of Red Mountain with a view of Stone Mountain near the Canadian border.
Our eight log burning fireplaces provide a special sense of warmth and comfort.
The loft bedroom grandly presents a genuine feather mattress on a queen-sized bed. The mattress was built to specifications by a local firm who have been doing this since the turn of the century.

A view of the woods can be seen from the Tree House where there is an old parlor stove to keep you warm.
Our unique rooms share a bath with a double stone shower and feature artifacts from long ago.
A Secret Place, library, outdoor shower, hiking trails in our park-like environment, fishing in one of the near by lakes, hay rides in the mountains, storytelling around the campfire at night, bread making, and canoeing are only some of the special pleasures the Lazy Bee has to offer.
