The bedrooms comprise two Masters (one King, one Queen) & one twin with 2 single beds. The first Master bedroom has a balcony & walk-in wardrobe.
ALL bedrooms have their OWN private ensuite bathroom with "supersize" bath & double wardrobe.
All rooms have ceiling fans for extra luxury & comfort.

RATES vary according to the actual day, time of year and total length of your stay. Christmas Day is more expensive than January 1st, for example, but the overall price may be less per night if you are booking 14 nights rather than 5. We calculate your quote depending upon your EXACT dates. That's why the rate calendar above doesn't work for us
COMPARING PRICES??
Remember our price INCLUDES the Florida State Sales Tax of 12½%. Most other Owners list their prices EXCLUDING this tax. So you have to remember to add this tax to their prices to make a fair comparison
IN ADDITION, our house is within a short walk of the Clubhouse & pools, and NOT a mile away right at the back of the Resort OR overlooking a noisy main road OR behind a area of construction. Price should not be your only consideration.
We offer excellent value for money as previous guests will testify, which is why so many of our guests choose to return year after year

We sometimes have some last minute availability at ludicrously low prices so if you can be flexible with your dates, contact us!
Please note there is an additional cleaning fee to clean the house after you leave of $75 for reservations of less than 5 nights. We have to pass this charge on as this is what the Management Agent who runs the Resort charges us. Any reservation over 4 nights, we absorb this fee
Please also note there is an additional charge of $10 per day for temporary membership of the Regal Palms Sports & Social Club. This charge applies to EVERY house on the Resort.
There are NO other 'hidden extras'.
To secure your dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of $120 US dollars (or £70 if booking in £ UK Sterling) or 10% of the booking value (whichever is the higher)
Your dates are not secure until the deposit has been paid. The balance should be paid in full 8 weeks before you arrive at the Regal Palms Resort. If your reservation is within 70 days before your arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount with your reservation.
We usually use 'PayPal' for my internet based transactions, although you don't have to pay by this method if you don't want to.

The beauty of this brand new property is that it is part of a private 4 Star Resort with its own 24 hour Check-In service, a 2½ acre Tropical Swimming Pool Complex with 2 heated pools, heated
Jacuzzi/spa (a hot as a bath), waterfalls, waterslide, "lazy river", extensive sun bathing terraces, and poolside patio with waiter service etc.
In addition there is a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Games Room, Sports Bar (with satellite TV), Internet Cafe.
Feel like being pampered? Then why not relax in the indoor heated Jacuzzi/Spa (as hot as a bath!), or try a work out in the Gym, or relax in the Sauna, Steam Room, or Health Centre (for massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, multi jet exhilerating power shower, yoga & aerobics classes), or try the spray tanning room for
that "all-over" tan you never had time for?
All the communal facilities are free to the guests of the house.
