Property description
FABULOUS 5 BEDROOM/3 BATHROOM FAMILY OWNED VACATION VILLA NEAR DISNEY WITH OWN PRIVATE POOL - IDEAL FOR THOSE REQUIRING A SPACIOUS PROPERTY OR FOR SMALLER FAMILIES LOOKING TO SHARE.
Our modern, fully air-conditioned villa is bright, clean and comfortable. The interior has been professionally designed to optimize the feeling of space. We are situated on a large corner plot in a quiet cul-de-sac, within the well maintained community of Clear Creek. The Disney area attractions can be driven to in less than 15 minutes and there are numerous golf courses nearby.
Our villa is registered to sleep up to 12 people and has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which benefit from televisions and en-suite shower rooms. Further accommodation comprises of two twin rooms and should further sleeping space be required there is a queen size sofa bed.
As well as the 2 en-suites a third bathroom gives direct access to the screened private pool and sun deck area that is complete with patio furniture and pool and patio lighting. All doors accessing the pool from the villa are alarmed for safety.
Bedding and towels are provided within the villa and situated in the double garage are washing and drying facilities. An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher as well as crockery and cutlery. Table and chairs are in both the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is open-planned leading to a spacious dining area and lounge which incorporates cable television. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the sun deck by the pool.
At the entrance to the Clear Creek community there is a shopping plaza with facilities including a 24 hour supermarket, Wal-mart, post office, bank with ATM (cash point) and take away/delivery pizza facility. Should you wish to eat out the main road to Disney (the 192) is only minutes away and has a great variety of eating establishments.
Keys are collected on arrival from our on-site management company who are also able to provide cots and other items on a rental basis. In addition to the famous Disney Parks, they are also able to give information leaflets on all the other local attractions which the area has to offer this includes golf courses, water parks and dinner shows.
