Property description
We have a 3 floors villa, each floor having individual apartments or rooms:
- 3 studio apartments on the ground floor each having its own room, kitchen and bathroom
- 3 rooms on the upper floor each having its own bathroom (2 rooms have a balcony), but
common living and dining area, fire place and kitchen.
- 2 rooms in the attic with a common bathroom (shower and jacuzzi), kitchen, living room
and a balcony.
The ground floor is separated from the upper floor and attic and those studio apartments cost eura 50 per day each, which is 350 Euro per week each.
Amenities - Close to the green market, fishmonger's, Butcher's, wine seller, souvenir shop, pizzerias, patisseries, pub, restaurants, city transportation, taxi, surgery (doctors office), hairdresser's, rent-a-car, tourist agency, the bank, the post office, pharmacy all in the walking distance of 150 to 300m...
