From the living room you have a beautiful view to the old port. Although the apartment is situated in the heart of the centre, the apartment is cozy and suitable for a capacity up to 4 persons. But is also recommended for passing a few romantic days with just the two of you.
The space within is divided into a bathroom, a bedroom and a kitchen/living room. The sleeping facilities within the apartment consist out of a double bed in the bedroom and two individual sofa beds in the living room. With help of the fully equipped kitchen, you will be able to prepare any meal you want, just like you are used to do at home.
The apartment is completely re-decorated and counts with new and comfortable furniture, important for those moments when you come home after a long day at the beach or sightseeing in Barcelona. |

The price is per night for the apartment and includes towels and linen. And a final general cleaning at the end of your stay. Each reservation is charged with an additional 50 Euro administration costs. The prices does NOT include the service of offering an extra bed for an additional person. Nor does it include special requests. (e.g. baby beds etc.) The minimal rental nights are 4. When the client decides to arrive after 22:00, We have to calculate 50 Euro extra. This is also the case on Spanish national Holidays and some Catalan Holidays. |

The apartment is situated at the main street Psg. de Colom; this is the side street at the end of La Rambla. Walking from Plaza de Catalunya all the way down to the Old Port of Barcelona, La Rambla is one of the world´s most famous promenades. While descending it, you will encounter all the activities that make this promenade so special: good restaurants, bars, pubs, the most impressive artists, street theater and off course the little market boots selling flowers and birds.
A side the Rambla you will find the Gothic Quarter with The Picasso Museum, The Parc Ciutadella and the Big Cathedral. But before reaching those you have to find your way through all the little charming streets and squares of the gothic area. Each street with it´s own specific character and awkward shops.
Transport
The apartment is situated at 500 meters from the beach and very close to the Rambla and the gotic centre. Situated besides the Old Harbour, you can walk alongside the boats until you reach Maremagnum: a high standard and modern shopping mall, created in the harbor of Barcelona. From there a bridge connects you with the world famous promenade La Rambla. The architectural pieces of the Catalan mastermind Gaudí is very well connected with the Barcelona metro-net. The nearest metro station is at 800 meters.
