Rates details: Rental rates refer to 1 unit. Rates depend on flat and number of persons. Children under 6 y.o.: free. Long term rent: 10% off for the 2nd week.
Extra charge for required final cleaning : 40 Euro. Air conditioning: if required, 1 euro per KW (electricity). Heating: if required, 1.5 Euro per cubic meter (gas). Linen rental: if required, 10 Euro per person. Refundable security deposit: 300 Euro.
Cancellation policy: 50% deposit payable at booking. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is 30 days before the rental; thereafter, the deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates. In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be fully reimbursed. If a cancellation is made during the 10 days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
