Property description
The cottage sleeps 2 The upper floor has 2 single beds and a shower/toilet room.Downstairs there is a sitting area. The kitchen area has an electric hob & oven, fridge and dining facilities.A range of crockery and kitchen utensils is supplied. We can supply an extra bed for a child and also a cot and high chair.
We do supply bed linen but ask that you bring your own towels.A washing machine is available for use. The cottage has its own small self contained garden with BBQ and garden furniture.

The cottage is situated in the small hamlet of La Touche, 3ks from Dampierre sur Boutonne where there is a bar/restaurant and village shop. There are opportunities for fishing in the River Boutonne and we can arrange fishing licenses.
The nearest market town is Aulnay,10ks drive,with its colourful Sunday market and pavement bars and restaurants.
The coast at La Rochelle is 45mins drive with many good sandy beaches nearby.
There are opportunities for tasting at COGNAC, where you can tour the many distilleries.
FUTUROSCOPE-the park of the moving image at Poitiers is approx 1hr drive and makes a great day out for all the family.
