Property description
Twin home in one beautiful ocean view building, located in Rosarito Beach, Baja Calfornia, Mexico. Only 18 miles south of San Diego, California.
Enjoy breath-taking sunsets, passing ocean liners and migrating whales from these bright and spacious homes.
Modern construction, large comfortable bedrooms opening to balconies with panoramic, unobstructed ocean views, lots of closet space, Italian ceramic floors throughout, very large, modern kitchens with tiled counters and glassware showcases. Large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with a combination shower-tub and the other shower. Skylight. The bottom floor has one double bedroom and the half bath.

A cement block fence with security double iron gates surrounds the entire property. A 180-degree ocean view is enjoyed from the safety glass enclosed front terraces and balconies. Enclosed tiled patio with built-in BBQ and outside shower (beach access across the road.) Terraced gardens with palms, fruit trees and tropical flowers. We have lovingly named this rental properties "Oceana" a 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, one garage home. Sleeps 6 - 8.
