The Summer Inn Bed & Breakfast is a charming historic farmhouse with an infamous beginning. The Inn was built by a member of a gang of claimjumpers who operated during the Gold Rush. The Inn is tastefully renovated to preserve the historical significance of the time period. Start your day with a full homemade breakfast, spend your evening with a good book in our spacious living room, and end your day soaking in Tim Vogel's own bathtub, circa 1912. We invite you to be our guests at The Summer Inn, big enough for privacy - small enough for conversation.
