Rates details: Peak rates apply during racing season (end July through Labor Day) and Fall Foliage. We have a winter special of first night $115, second night FREE. January 2 through March 31 except holidays.

Near Manchester, VT, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, Albany. Many shops and restaurants in our village and museums, battlefields and numerous historical sites are nearby. Saratoga Horse Racing is a main attraction as is the Washington County Fair. Children will love the swimming hole and barn.
