Property description
Villa Janet is situated in the picturesque village of Mahmutlar Alanya and was built in May 2005. The villa is overlooking the Bay of Alanya and to the rear we have the Taurus Mountains.
The villa is beautifully furnished throughout and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one en-suite and one containing a Jacuzzi to soak away your cares and woes.There is Satellite TV & DVD Surround sound system which also acts as a music system with superb sound.We have provided a good selection of films and music for your use during your stay at Villa Janet. You can also enjoy the roof terrace / Solarium where you can sit and watch the sun go down while you drink your favourite bottle of wine and take in the views..
All windows are dressed in beautiful materials and all rooms are matched to these materials.
The Villa has its own large swimming pool which is illuminated at night.
There is ample storage in each bedroom and coat hangers provided.
The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, very large fridge freezer (to keep the beer/ wine cold), dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and there is also a Juicer to make your own fresh orange drinks.
We have also provided a washing machine and Iron & Ironing board and a Gas Barbecue that will cater for quite a large party. Plenty of outdoor seating is provided for as well as Sun Beds to get that all important Tan.
The 10 Mt x 5 Mt pool is private and for our guests use only and is maintained on a regular basis by a knowledgeable Pool Engineer. The main adult pool is 5 ft deep end - end and there is also a children's / splash pool provided for younger visitors / non swimmers.

Additional information
From Villa Janet you can walk to the village shops in approx.10 minutes or to the village centre in 25 minutes.
If you like to eat out we recommend you try the Turkish Restaurants in the village where you can enjoy a meal for 2 people for approx. 30YTL i.e. about £12 which includes a bottle of beer and a drink on the house. We recommend Garip`s Place and Izzies Bar for service and value.
Buses into Alanya run every few minutes and cost about £1 each person. From Alanya Port you can take a Ferry ride to Northern Cyprus .Why not take a drive to the beautiful area called Dim Cay Valley where you can sit actually on the river having a meal with your feet in the water.
The Town of Alanya is very large and has lots of Restaurants,Bars, night clubs and of course shops where you can barter for a bargain. You can also take a Boat Ride which normally includes a meal on-board in the price and see the amazing coastline of the Turquoise Coast.
