Property description
This charming cabana allows you to simply walk out the door to watch and listen to the Caribbean waves wash in...as you will be the oceanfront unit in a tastefully landscaped complex. Your cabana will be single family and the oceanfront unit in a quiet development called Sundancer. The cabana sleeps six comfortably in two main floor bedrooms and two single beds in the loft area, has a well equipped kitchen and an added feature of cable TV in the living area and one bedroom. The deck overlooking the Caribbean has a table making a delightful place for quietude, reading or savoring a tropical drink.
Roatan, one of the Bay Islands of Honduras is well known for it's excellent reefs where diving and snorkeling are second only to Australia. A 360' dock in front of the cabana has a second deck where an effortless tan is made easy with the cooling tradewinds. Or, if you prefer a short walk lets you swim and relax by the Sundancer pool.

Rates details: Rates in U.S. dollars: $720/week, $110/night (5-day minimum)
A 16% Honduras hotel tax will be added and collected by the Roatan rental manager.
Rate Includes:
* Roatan airport or ferry transfers
* One 5-gallon bottled water
Reservation and Payment Policy
* 50% of rental plus a $200 security deposit is required to reserve the cabana.
o A personal check for the deposit can be sent to Larry Duke, 13704 Long Cove Pl., Midlothian, Va., 23112-2451.
o For payment by wire transfer (preferred from outside the US) we will provide the information required to wire the deposit.
* Full refunds, less a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations made 4 or more weeks prior to arrival.
* 50% refunds for cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
* Extended rentals are negotiable.
* Remaining balance is due in cash or U.S. Travelers Checks upon arrival, collected by the Roatan rental manager.
