Located north of the Place de la Bastille and east of the Marais, this 30m2 two-room apartment is next to the place Leon Blum and its numerous cafes, restaurants, and La Petite Roquette Park with fountains and flowers. Voltaire is a popular neighborhood where artists and craftsmen still live and work.
Situated on a courtyard framed by trees and flowers on the ground floor, this cozy newly designed apartment welcomes you with tiled and carpeted floors, subtle colors. Southern exposure with two very large windows facing the courtyard make this apartment a little haven from the bustle of the outside streets and the very lively surrounding quartiers.
Select sleeping accommodations: a double bed on the mezzanine level with new custom-made ladder to double loft bed and shelving, or a comfortable fold-out double sofa bed or 2 single beds on the ground level in the main room. Massage mat upon request. This 20m² living room has one large window and is furnished with tables, two chairs, built in wall closet, TV, VCR, stereo and a phone. The separate wc or toilet area has a washbasin, mirror and towel rack.
The eat-in kitchen, separated from the living room by a door and a partially glass wall, is equipped with a small fridge, a stainless-steel sink, custom-made wall shelves, a coffee maker, a kettle and two electric hotplates. All the necessary utensils are stored in the cupboard or butcher block table. A glass table creates a working or eating space as does the kitchen countertop.
The bathroom contains a small bathtub with a wall mounted showerhead, a washbasin and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
Security: digicode system on the street door and a live-in consierge couple.
