Our beautifully furnished oceanfront house has 2 separate, spacious, beachfront units (one per floor) each with 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 baths, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and our glass living room wall open on to a 25 foot covered porch where you can barbeque dinner, watch the whales and dolphins pass by and marvel at the famous Rincon sunsets.
Just open the garden gate and step onto our unspoiled four-mile beach, known as the best swimmig beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico.
Our oceanfront is right outside our garden gate. Pick your own exotic fruit in season. Enjoy relaxation and privacy in this lovely beach house in Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Our beachfront home in Rincon is perfect for a secluded get-away or family vacation. You can swim, snorkel, walk along the beach or just relax in the sun right on our quiet beach. Then, come inside and cook dinner in our fully equipped kitchen, barbeque on the patio, watch the sunset or watch a movie in our comfortable living room. There are many great restaurants nearby - or never leave our house.
We have air conditioning in every bedroom and ceiling fans throughout; we have satellite TV, DVD, CD player, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, barbeque, outdoor shower to wash off the sand before coming inside, and a private driveway for off street parking for each apartment.
We provide all linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs for your beach enjoyment. Our kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, all pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and all cooking utensils.
Swim and snorkel in the warm Caribbean waters; our oceanfront is right outside our garden gate. Pick your own exotic fruit in season. Watch the ever-changing sea and the brilliant setting sun from your patio. During the winter months, enjoy watching whales and dolphins pass by.
You can rent one unit with 3 bedrooms or both units together.
