Property description
Our cozy, informal beach house is nestled in a lovely, tropical garden on the best swimming beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Casa Serena has two, separate, independent, beachfront units -- each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, and a 15-foot covered patio with barbeque -- looking west at Rincon's calm, warm Caribbean Sea and spectacular sunsets.
Our beachfront home in Rincon is perfect for a secluded get-away or family vacation. You can swim, snorkel, walk along the beach or just relax in the sun right on our quiet beach. Then, come inside and cook dinner in our fully equipped kitchen, barbeque on the patio, watch the sunset or watch a movie in our comfortable living room. There are many great restaurants nearby - or never leave our house.
We are one of the very few houses with air conditioning in the living area as well as the bedrooms. We have ceiling fans throughout the house, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, barbeque, outdoor shower to wash off the sand before coming inside, and a private driveway for off street parking for each apartment.
We provide all linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs for your beach enjoyment. Our kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, all pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and all cooking utensils.
Our front garden with hammock and tropical fruit trees is shady and peaceful. Swim and snorkel in the warm Caribbean waters; our oceanfront is right outside our garden gate. Pick your own exotic fruit in season. Watch the ever-changing sea and the brilliant setting sun from your patio. During the winter months, enjoy watching whales and dolphins pass by.
You can rent one unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or both units together.
