Casita de Cruzita is available for rent on a short term basis (daily, weekends, weekly, or monthly). No cost on utilities (electric, gas, water, or trash removal). It's fully furnished with many amenities provided during your stay in addition a welcome snack basket upon arrival.
This Ambient and Eclectic Historical Brazos Home has been professionally remodeled and decorated in an eclectic, colorful decor. There are many art paintings for you to admire. This home is very spacious with 2038 sq.ft. of living space with 9 rooms to roam around in your own private domain without an innkeeper. It's better than a hotel suite!
The house sits on a large corner lot, a 5 minute walk to Kyle Field and A&M campus. There are 3 private parking spaces. A 6' privacy fence with two porches and two decks. There is an area in the backyard for a cookout in a Smoker BBQ charcoal grill.

The large Country Living Room with a Cottage Style has a 56" JVC HDTV with surround sound and cable. DVD/VCR/Stereo/CD players are provide to our guests for their entertainment. You will love and enjoy the atmosphere of this room and the relaxtion it is has to offer. Also, there are three French doors and a foyer and new sofa.
The Country Living spacious dining room seats comfortable six people. This room has two built-in China cabinets full of Fine China dishes, bowls, baskets, trays, and many other items for your use.
The three bedrooms are personal and intimate with their cozy charm from decorative accents. They are unique in their tasteful themes--Victorian, Southwest, and Safari. The 3 new queen size Denver Mattresses (Doctor's Choice) are very comfortable for your restful sleep. All new pillows are soothing to your head and ready for goodnight dreams.
Floors: All bedrooms including the country living and dining rooms have cherrywood stained hardwood floors (sanded, stained, & polished by Dalmar Arellano with Old Texas Wood Floors) with area rugs. Kitchen and bathroom have ceramic tiles. Utility room has linoleum tiles.
Provided to guests: Sets of thirsty hotel style towels, luxurious linens, soaps (bath & body gel, hand, laundry, dishwashing), lotion, blow dryers, Q-tips, cotton balls, candles, shampoo & conditioner, and many more extra amenities during your stay.
The renovated charming Country kitchen is fully functional and well-equipped with many amenities wih new appliances (electric ceramic cooktop stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full refrigerator w/icemaker), small appliances, Two sets of 8 Fine China and ceramic dishes, cooking pans, Faberware stainless steel cookware, 3 frying pans, large roasting pan with platter to cook your turkey or roast, silverware, salad bowls, serving and mixing bowls, coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, many other items. Start-up paper goods (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex). Tablecloths and cloth napkins, too.
Outside furniture: A new Home & Garden Patio furniture with an umbrellas to have your meals outside, an 8' cedar bench, and Wicker furniture on the porch with a celing fan/light fixture.
Massages offered at the house for a fee upon appointment with Grace Perez Lartigue, Certified Masseuse at (979-690-8106).
