Property description
Poggio ai Pini is the ideal location for visiting the highlights of Tuscany and yet enjoying the vicinity of the most beautiful medieval town, Siena.
The farm buildings were carefully refurbished and converted into six cosy and beautiful apartments that will enhance your stay in the picturesque Tuscan countryside.
The owners live in the Villa dating back to the 17th Century and it has belonged and is still occupied by the same ancient noble Siennese family.
The Villa and the apartments are surrounded by hectares of olive groves, woodlands and green fieds, where you can see in a distance for miles across the Chianti region and the beautiful skyline if Siena. In fact, the property lies at the doorsteps of Siena, offering all shops and facilities reached both by bus and on foot. Access to the property is by an electric gate and by 1.5 km of private gravel road that leads directly to the private parking area of the apartments. At the gate, the owner has created a second parking area for guests in which they can park their cars and use the regular bus line that runs from the gate directly into the centre of Siena.
The Villa is totally independent from the apartments and offers a 6.5 x 14 meter swimming pool at the margin of its formal garden that guests can use from 10 am to 9 pm daily. The pool area offers spectacular views over Siena. There is a large furnished terrace and furnished lawns in front of the apartments. All the apartments offer satellite TV and heating is payable on consumption.
APARTMENTS
Beautifully furnished with several important antique pieces in each, the apartments were restored using acoustic absorption materials to ensure complete privacy and quiet. Whitewashed walls and woodbeamed ceilings are present throughout the structure.

Through an open passageway on the left in the dining area is the kitchen which is complete with gas range, small fitted electric oven and fridge with freezer. A door in the living area opens into the spacious double bedroom.
