Property description
Pavilion Palms is a newer, gated complex on Scenic Gulf Drive, only 250 feet from the beach. Our professionally decorated condo is on the top floor of a three-story, low-rise. It has fantastic ocean view, ten foot ceilings, 18 by 18 ceramic tile, approximately 1300 square feet plus 280 square foot balcony.
This is a very large condo and both bedrooms have en-suite baths and cable TV. Second bedroom has two twin beds, while master has king Tempur-Pedic bed, walk-in closet, split bath with double cultured marble vanity and French doors to balcony. Enjoy spectacular ocean view, with gorgeous sunsets, as well as the heated pool and beautifully landscaped grounds below.
The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight and even has ocean view! The area restaurants are wonderful, but you might want to pick up some fresh fish or shrimp at the local seafood market and cook at home. Our goal is to make our vacation as comfortable as possible and we would love to share it with you!
