Hilton Head Breakers #240 is a Completely Renovated, True Direct Oceanfront, Private End Unit Condo with the Best View Hilton Head offers. The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand; you can't get any closer, It is like being on the beach without leaving the villa. Enjoy the sights/sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. Watch the kids jumping the waves and building sand castles while relaxing in the villa. You can actually call the kids in off the beach from your own private balcony! Being a 'Private End Unit' there is a side window in the livingroom with a wonderful view of a beautiful courtyard, including a pond and fountain. Only 3 condos in the entire complex have this view! Breakers #240 is an ideal second floor condo, not too far up yet not too low where plantings obstruct your view. We also own Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #221, a corner unit condo with a fantastic view of the ocean, beach, and pool. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, convenient place to spend your Hilton Head Island vacation, look no further, both our rental properties (Breakers #240 and #221) are in excellent condition. Both units were completely renovated and are in excellent condition. Some of the renovations that were done include: Ceramic floors in kitchen, hall and bath, New: kitchen cabinets, counter tops, microwave/convection oven, stove top, washer, dryer, refrigerator w/icemaker, mattress set with visco memory foam, and furniture. The bathrooms were also renovated!!) New Plush Carpeting laid Jan./2005.


Breakers #240 will accommodate up to four guests. There is a queensize bed in the bedroom (new queen sealy posturepedic mattress with visco memory foam, new bedroom furniture), a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and (bunks in a hall alcove.) The bunks are great when you have kids, you don't have to pull out the sofa bed and have it in your way. You can put the kids to bed, shut the door and have the living room to yourself. You can relax, watch tv or sit on the balcony without disturbing them. The bunks can also accommodate adults. New flat screen TV in the bedroom and livingroom!

Our oceanfront condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including : loveseat and queen sofa sleeper in livingroom for added comfort and additional seating, new central air, Two TVs, VCR, DVD, dishwasher, garbage disposal, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, cooking utensils etc. Everything you need is provided, bed linens etc. The only thing you need to bring are bath towels and washcloths. (If you are traveling by plane, bath towels and washcloths can be provided upon request.) Also provided are beach chairs, coffee pot filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, liquid soap for kitchen and bath and starter roll of paper towels and toilet tissue. (High chair and stroller will be provided upon request.) This oceanfront property has a large pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. There are two pools, one for the adults and a kiddie pool for the little ones. The pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over. A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach. Covered Parking, Onsite Manager and Seasonal Security.

We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure our villas are clean and well maintained. We personally inspect both units prior to each arrival, insuring our guest a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Being local owners enables us to update our villas on a regular basis. "The majority of our guests are repeat renters." If they need to contact us during their stay, we are just a phone call away.

Rates details: We have discounted all the weekly rental rates for both our Oceanfront Condos, Breakers #240 and Breakers #221. The discounted rental rates for unit #240 are listed below.

Our weekly rental rates include all cleaning fees, the only additional charge is the 10% tax.

The majority of our guests are repeat renters and we book up quickly, so make your reservations early. If the rental dates you desire are not available email us and we will put you on our waiting list

Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers, located on 4 North Forest Beach Drive, is one of the Islands favorite spots for couples and small families. You do not have to drive or walk to the beach - you are already there; the ocean is right out the door. This is a small quiet complex; there are only 120 units, perfect for a relaxing vacation. During your stay you will enjoy one of Hilton Head Islands widest beaches and most desirable, convenient locations. You may not need to use or move your car, dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Right across the street at Coligny Plaza there are quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery.
