Property description
Overlooking fields and woodland, this traditional farm has been extensively renovated while maintaining traditional features and rustic charm. Les Crécerelles is the English owners' home with barns converted into spacious and luxurious holiday homes, la chouette and la linotte. Each gite has two bedrooms with private bathrooms and individual patio gardens with barbeques. Within the extensive grounds there is a large swimming pool which is fenced and gated for security and shared between the two gites.
Kate and Viv Oliver are delighted to welcome guests into their own home for bed and breakfast. Evening meals are available on request. There are three letting rooms in the farmhouse: a twin room with en-suite shower room, and a family suite of a double and a twin room with separate shower room and wc. In the summer, meals are taken on the terrace overlooking the garden.

Additional information
Les Crécerelles is situated in a tranquil valley just a couple of kilometres outside the town of Fumel and is very central for the Lot, Lot et Garonne, Dordogne and Tarn et Garonne.
There are two magnificent castles at Bonaguil and Biron and several historic bastide towns nearby.
For the family, within a few kilometres, P’arc en ciel (a commando style course through the woods with routes suitable for all ages), and at Montaigu de Quercy, a lovely lake with a large beach which has climbing equipment for children, and a roped off area of water for the toddlers. It also has a good bar/restaurant with an extensive menu at very reasonable prices.
Fumel has plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets and in Libos (2km) every Thursday morning we are lucky to enjoy the largest and liveliest market in the region.
