The condo can be reserved as a 1 bdrm/1 bath condo or as a 2 bdrm/2 bath condo, you decide!
~ 1 bdrm/1 bath: Sleeps 4 with 1 QN Bed & 1 QN sofa sleeper, and 1 full bath located off the bedroom hallway;
~ 2 bdrm/2 bath: Sleeps 6 with 1 KG bed, 1 QN bed & 1 QN sofa sleeper, plus 2 full baths.

2 bdrm/2 bath (sleeps 6) = $145 per night or $980 per week;
$250 refundable security deposit;
$50 non-refundable pet fee.
All pet stays must be approved by property owner at time of reservation.
Cleaning fee waived with stays of 3 nights or more;
$50 cleaning fee for stays less than 3 nights
