The Inn was built in 1986 with the look, the charm, and feel of a 1930's vintage home while having all the qualities of a new structure. For your safety, the Inn was built to fire code and there is insulation between all guest rooms for privacy.
On this site once stood the home of Dr. Irwin Pope, the son of one of Tyler's first doctors. Although the original house burned down, Rosevine Inn Guest House was built to replicate a 1930's style home while being designed to accommodate guests. The site was chosen because of the beautiful, spacious grounds as well as its convenience to the city's attractions.
Rosevine Inn offers six rooms including one suite. The guest rooms are cheerfully decorated with antiques and wallpaper and each room has a private bath. Two rooms have a queen size bed, one has a high back antique double bed and one has two, 3/4 size beds.
We specialize in Extended Stay Lodging for 1 or 2 people. Any stay less than 30 days is subject to a 13% tax.
Sherlock Holmes Suite
Rosevine Inn also includes a restored 1934 cottage which features the Sherlock Holmes Suite . It is, of course decorated in the old English style. (If you are a sleuth, perhaps you will find the hidden door to receive a gift.) The quaint bedroom has a plush, queen size, high back bed with a corner fireplace.

We are located in Tyler, Texas-The Rose Capital of America. Many people visit Tyler to see the beautiful rose garden, however there is much more to see and do. Wonderful antique shops, great restaurants, a world class zoo, lakes and parks, etc. The Inn offers many activities for it's guests, too. A gameroom with pool table, ping-pong, board games, outdoor actvities, a relaxing courtyard, a great outdoor hottub, massage by appointment in the privacy of your own room. It is a place to go back to your life when all you had to do was worry about was what do we play next, what time do we go to bed, & what's for breakfast! Come join us a relax.
