This newly renovated house has louvered windows that wrap around the house which enhance listening to the ocean song and watching the plants in the tropical garden. Nestled in the corner outside is a small koi pond and waterfall where you are sitting on the deck chairs drinking your mai tai enjoying the incredible view of the Ko'olau Mountains.
This house lends itself to people who like to reeeeelax on the beach and yet be close enough to run home for that refil. Or relax in the Jacuzzi, as you unwind at the end of the day.
30 seconds to Waimanalo Beach gives you an affordable home in paradise. Waimanalo Beach is 5 miles of white sand.... walk to see the turtles at the rock outcrop and enjoy the spectacular sunrises. This is a great beach for kids with an outer reef to block the big waves, white sand, so no coral to tear up tiny feet. It's a great place to learn to boogie board and ride the waves.
Sea Breeze's three bedrooms/two bathrooms make it ideal for a family, or for bringing the in-laws, or for several friends traveling together. Spacious living room, opening onto the dining room and kitchen offer lots of louvered windows which accentuate Sea Breeze's open and airy feeling.
