The rooms are part of a 500m2 house that contains hardwood floors and is provided with,fitness equipment, cable TV, DVD, high speed Internet Access and wireless connection, Basic telephone service for your comfort to receive calls and make local or long distance calls buying affordable prepaid card. Each room has its own bathroom and is completely furnished with matrimonial or twin beds, wide closets, table with chair and sofa. Hot water is not a problem.
At your request, we can arrange to pick you up at Lima Airport. Rate us/25 per trip.

Discounts available if you stay more than a week.
The payment of the room includes all services, clean sheets and towels, cleaning of your room, use of common areas which include dining & living room, TV room, kitchen and garden and patio. Pictures of my house can be send upon request.
