The Atwood House is an 1894 Neoclassical Georgian Revival mansion located two blocks from Nebraska's capitol. This unique 7,500-plus square foot home is decorated throughout with Victorian antiques.
You will “Experience the Elegance” of a suite with private sitting area, bedroom and private bath. The Atwood suite is Lincoln's most elegant bridal suite. It provides over 800 square feet of ambiance including a working wood burning fireplace and six window bay in the sitting area. The bedroom has a king size antique three-piece walnut and marble Victorian bedroom set and ornate walnut wardrobe. The bath is patterned after a Roman bath. It features a two-person corner heart-shaped whirlpool tub surrounded by columns and marble.
Enjoy breakfast, prepared in our award winning kitchen. This exquisite fare is served on bone china with sterling silver flatware, Waterford® crystal and linens in the formal dining room, the sun room or in the privacy of your suite.
