No need to drive, just walk out the front door past 2 houses to the ocean then along the coast past 3 more homes to the first of a string of beaches. Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach are the closest. Aikane Kauai Vacation Rental is very comfortable at all times as it was thoughtfully designed to fully utilize the trade winds. This is one of the few vacation rentals on Kauai with air conditioned bedrooms. For added measure, it is also completely insulated and has thermal windows making it one of the most comfortable vacation homes at Poipu Beach.
